Nestled in the heart of the well-known Maasai Mara is the Porini Ol Kinyei Safari Cottages. Installed by CAT is a Hybrid Solar Plant in the size of 55.45Kwp of PV modules, 36Kw of Deye Hybrid Inverter power and 120Kwh of Deye Lithium Batteries. The system powers 4 four bedroom high end safari cottages alongside the staff quarters. At close to zero generator operational hours even during overcast, we feel great to have achieved this form of impeccable renewable energy independence in the wild.
